How can I place an order? - Orders can be placed online or by sending me an eMail to email@example.com
For questions about new or existing orders, please email me. Wholesale prices are available to approved clients by request.
What is your turn-around time? - Turnaround time for orders is 2-5 business days. If you would like a later delivery date, please email the request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
I've made an error in my order. Can I change it? - If you have made an error in your order, please email me. Most errors can be fixed without a surcharge if you notify me immediately after placing your order. If your order has been processed already, it will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may incur a surcharge fee if I have already begun processing your order.
How will my order be shipped? - All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail unless discussed differently. Please email me if you wish to use a different carrier. Shipping charges depend on the size (and weight if not shipped USPS) of your order.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes? - Yes
Do you ship internationally? - Please email me to make special arrangements.
Can you send me items faster? - I do my best to accommodate rush orders and handle them on a case-by-case basis. There may be a $25.00 rush fee, as well as additional shipping charges if I need to use an expedited shipping service to deliver your order on time. Please email me to make arrangements.
What form of payment do you accept? - Payments can be made by pre-paid check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover) at the time of checkout.
What are the terms and conditions? All payments are processed at the time of purchase. Net30 Terms are not available at this point.
Do you charge sales tax? Sales tax is only charged for items shipping to California state.
Do you accept returns and/or exchanges? – No, all sales are final. The only time Saltwater & Feathers is able to accommodate a return or exchange is if I have made a mistake with your order, or if the item is defective. Please email me within 5 days of receiving your order to make arrangements.
I reserve the right to cancel an order in the event that an item became suddenly unavailable (i.e. if two orders requesting the same item got placed close in time through different platforms and the inventory list didn’t get updated quickly enough). I truly apologize if this should happen and I will do my best to offer you something similar to what you were looking for.
